Our Ideal Laptop

 We think that laptop is more convenient for us as the students because laptop is more easier to carry rather than desktop. We required to move around a lot and need energy-consuming devise to finish out assignments thus laptop is the smartest choice. Meanwhile desktop is permanently stayed at one side and need electric source to active it. Plus nowadays there's some laptops which high capability of tablet function. So, instead of using book, laptop is one of the useful things for studying.

Clock Speed : 3.20 GHz
Memory Type : DDR3L-1333/1600
Graphics : Iris-Pro graphics-5200

     We had choose Intel Core i7-4770R as the processor because we can enjoy a high speed working with additional feature of the multitasking e.g. using two different documents or the files at the same time. Plus most of us play game to release our stressed after doing any assignments or any task. With the Core i7 as the processor, it can perform. Next, the cache is 6.0 MB because it will allow the microprocessor to access data more rapidly for gamer. A big feature of Core i7 processor is the Turbo Boost Technology. This technology provides at high performance to the system to the users to overcome the work load of different applications on the system and maintain the speed of the system. Furthermore Core i7 also have features of Hyper Treading Technology enhance the activity and the speed of the system by managing the multitasking, work load of different types of heavier applications for the users. The operating system is Windows 8 because is is the latest operating system than the other operating system that can perform faster than the Windows 7. The graphics is one of the best graphics, so we can experience movies, photos, and games smoothly and seamlessly with a suite of built-in visual enhancement (no extra hardware required). The clock speed is 3.20 GHz because it is the latest requirement for the users for the best performances. The memory type is DDR3L because it can perform faster and inexpensive.That's all for the ideal laptop that we think is the best for us.

Comparing Ideal Laptop With Group 9 (group9it.blogspot.com)

1. Our microprocessor is Intel Core i7-47770R while the other group is Core i7-3930K. We think that our microprocessor is the better than Group 9 because we had choose one of the best microprocessor for our ideal laptop. This is due to the our priority which is we want to make the assignments more faster and playing games smoothly.     
2. Their processor speed is same to us. It is because the 3.2 GHz is the latest processor speed and suitable for gaming and to make our laptop perform faster than others. We think that 3.2 GHz is the best choice for those who really love to play games and the laptop will not lag. 
3. The cache of the other group is 12 MB while our group is 6.0 MB. They had choose the biggest cache. But, we choose the 6.0 MB because it is suitable for students like us. If we were working the 12 MB will be the best choice because when working we need to do a lot of work at the same time.
4. Their operating system is same with us which is Windows 8. We think that Windows 8 be the ideal operating system for this time being to the users. Windows 8 can perform faster than others Windows before it. We can download any application that we required faster with Windows 8.
5. Their graphics is different than ours. We think ours is the best because we can playing games without any obstacles. Maybe they think that theirs is the best, but for us this is our choice so we can experience movies, photos and games with the best performances using this graphics.

In our opinion, our ideal laptop is the best which can perform better than others laptop. We can do our assignments and works while we playing games and watching movies smoothly with our ideal laptop and with this specifications.

Acer-Intel Core i7 with Windows 8

The Raspberry Pi and Our Ideal Laptop

     There's a lot of differences between the Raspberry Pi and our ideal laptop. First of all, the Raspberry Pi using Linux as the operating system while we use Windows 8 as our operating system. Next, the storage of Raspberry Pi is SD card. It has chip which is Broadcom BCM2835 Soc full HD multimedia application processor. The memory type is 256 MB SDRAM while our memory type in our ideal laptop is DDR3L-1333/1600. The USB 2.0 of Raspberry Pi is a single USB connector. The clock speed of Raspberry Pi is 700 MHz while ours is 3.2 GHz.
